The associated names, emblems, monograms, and marks are used to preserve attribution, institutional identity, and the integrity of the work and to prevent false affiliation, certification, sponsorship, or endorsement.

Marks and institutional identity. Institute of Vitalism, IOV, Applied Vitalism, Vitalistic Diagnosis, International Society of Applied Vitalism, ISAV, Valeo Therapeutics, and their associated emblems, monograms, logos, and identifying symbols may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests affiliation, membership, certification, sponsorship, authorization, or endorsement.
The Unified Laws of Vitalism. The Unified Laws are presented through original formulations, explanatory writings, diagrams, and educational materials. Protected expression may not be reproduced, republished, distributed, adapted, or commercially exploited without permission except as permitted by law. Brief quotation for scholarship, commentary, criticism, or reference should identify the source and author.
